Vacuum Air inflation Cooker for soft candy

Model No.: CT300/600 Introduction: This vacuum air inflation cooker is used in the soft candy and nougat candy production line. It mainly consists of cooking part and air aeration part. Main ingredients are cooked to around 128℃, cool down to around 105℃ by vacuum and flow into air aeration vessel. Syrup fully mixed with inflating medium and air in the vessel until air pressure raise to 0.3Mpa. Stop the inflation and blending, discharge the candy mass onto cooling table or mixing tank. It is the ideal equipment for all air aerated candy production.
