It mainly consists of PLC control system, feeding pump, pre-heater, vacuum evaporator, vacuum pump, discharge pump, temperature pressure meter, electricity box etc. All these parts are combined in one machine, and connected by pipes and valves.. It has the advantage of high capacity, easy for operation and can produce high quality syrup mass etc. This unit can produce: hard and soft candy of natural milky flavor, toffee candy of light color, dark milk soft toffee, sugar-free candy etc.

Continuous Vacuum Cooker for milky soft candy production This vacuum cooker is used in die forming line to cook syrup continuously. It mainly consists of PLC control system, feeding pump, pre-heater, vacuum evaporator, vacuum pump, discharge pump, temperature pressure meter, electricity box etc. After raw materials sugar, glucose, water, milk is melted in dissolving tank, the sysrup will be pumped into this vacuum cooker for sencond stage cooking. Under the vavuum, syrup will be gently cooked and concentrated to required temperature. After cooking, syrup will be discharged onto cooling belt for cooling and continuously conveyed to forming part.  Production flowchart → Raw material dissolving→Storage→Vacuum cooking→Add color and flavor→Cooling→Rope forming or extruding→cooling → Forming→Final productStep 1 Raw materials are automatic or manually weighed and put into dissolving tank, boil to 110 degrees Celsius.Application 1.
