This semi auto jelly candy mogul line is the traditional machine for making gummy candy. It is applicable for gelatin, pectin, carrageenan based gummy production. The whole line includes cooking system, depositing system, starch tray convey system, Starch feeder, destarch drum, sugar coating drum etc. Comparing with full automatic system, this line doesn't include starch drying system and tray conveying system. Machine is made of stainless steel 304 material, use SERVO Driven and PLC SYSTEM control, parameter setting and operation can be easily done from touch screen. Client can choose wooden trays or fiber trays by themselves. Machine can be designed to meet client's tray size and get different capacity requirement. One depositor or two depositors can be designed according to different candy requirement, one color, two colors, center filling gummy all can be produced from this machine.
