Batch hard candy vacuum Cooker

Model No.: AZ400 Introduction: This hard candy vacuum cooker is used for cooking hard boiled candy syrup through vacuum. The syrup is transferred into cooking tank by speed adjustable pump from storage tank, heated into required temperature by steam, flow into the chamber vessel, enter into vacuum rotary tank via a unloading valve. After the vacuum and steam processing, the final syrup mass will be stored. The machine is easy for operation and maintenance, has the advantage of reasonable mechanism and stable working performance, can guarantee the quality of the syrup and long using life.

Hard candy vacuum cooker This machine is a necessary cooking machine in die forming line to boil syrup for hard candy and lollipop production. It can be designed for normal button control or PLC & touch screen control. Step 2 Boiled syrup mass pump into batch vacuum cooker, heat and concentrated to 145 degrees Celsius and store in the storage pan, manually pour onto the cooling belt or kneading machine for further processing.
